Yogesh Kundra

I’m the Co-founder of Smart Anganwadi, building solutions at the intersection of early childhood education, technology and social impact. My work focuses on transforming Anganwadi centres through innovative infrastructure, AI-powered learning and play-based education. We’ve reached 650+ centres across India, and I’m passionate about scaling our impact through meaningful collaborations with founders, CSR leaders, investors and government partners.

I began my professional journey at Larsen & Toubro (L&T), where I worked for 6 years, followed by 7 years in the school education sector. During this journey, we expanded into the Anganwadi sector and identified major gaps in infrastructure, early childhood education and access to integrated solutions.

This led us to build Smart Anganwadi, an end-to-end ecosystem combining child-friendly infrastructure, play-based learning, FLN solutions and AI-powered education. Having reached 650+ centres, our vision is to transform 100,000 Anganwadis across India and create meaningful, lasting impact in early childhood development.
