With a rich experience of 20+ years in leadership, team and organization transformation, Jyoti has held various academic, corporate & partnership positions. She currently Mentor’s the CII Gujarat Innovation & Start Up Taskforce, Co Chairs the Social Impact Taskforce and is an elected State Council Member for Confederation of Indian Industry, Gujarat. She is also a Board Member of the prestigious Extension Services Committee, Ahmedabad Management Association & E-Box colleges. Ms. Sudhir is a sought after Advisory Board member, Panelist & a Keynote Speaker.
Jyoti has more than 25 National & Global Awards and Honors to her credit including the Most Visionary Leaders APAC, Women Power Winner, National Entrepreneurship Award by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Women Super-Achiever Award, India’s best Industrial Design Studio, iF Design Awards, International Design Awards, Design Excellence Award, A Design Award to mention a few.
