Co-founded a venture "The Star in Me" under Femmevista Tech Pvt Ltd - with a mission to reduce the gender pay gap, solve the mystery of missing pipeline and improve leadership representation of women professionals in corporate organizations and business ecosystem with help of a marketplace solution cum career advancement platform.
In my last role with Cognizant, I led offshore delivery for Cognizant's Business Process Consulting practice primarily responsible for APAC and India Revenue growth, Solution support, Supply enablement and Practice development supporting all geographies. Building service offering and capability of Robotics Process Automation was additional responsibility.
Designing, spearheading and executing large scale global strategic programs, driving change management and collaborating and working with cross functional teams to drive a shared goal has been my area of expertise before transitioning into consulting role.
* In aegis of NASSCOM have been part of India delegation team to build upcoming version of ISO 20000
* I have published 2 articles in Cognizant Annual Innovation Series books in 2009 and 2010
* In ISB during PGPMAX convocation was awarded being in Deans' List
