Milapsinh is a skilled photographer with a few awards namely "Lalitkala state award for photography in 2006 etc.
His work also got selected for the World Water day, a UN programme done by the FAO in year 2007-8. His work has been showcased in the acclaimed "Better Photography" magazine and the "Stanford" University Journal apart from various exhibitions.
He was also one of the founders of the "Ahmedabad International Film Festival" held in Ahmedabad.
Coproduced a Hindi film “Yours Truly” along with Platoon one Films. The film got premiered at Busan Film Festival & KKIFF. The film won the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Film Festival Award 2020 for then Best Digital Film and available to view on Zee Premium.
