Chief Executive Officer/ Doctorate-Entrepreneurship/Startup Mentor/Program Leader- Women Leadership Program with Iron Lady/Recognized among Top 100 Women Leaders in India by GlantorX and Zee News, 2022
Neha is Doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Researcher, Business Consultant, Trainer and Management Professional with more than a decade and a half of experience in cross-practice research and multiple domains of business processes. She is the CEO of CrADLE working closely with stakeholders like startups, academia, researchers and policy makers to enable the startup ecosystem.
She has recently been recognized among Top 100 Women Leaders as Entrepreneurship Expert in India by GlantorX and Zee News, 2022.
Her passion to help small and medium enterprises, startups and entrepreneurs prompted her to enroll into Doctorate program in Entrepreneurship from EDII which she completed in 2020. She received a Fellowship and research grant to accomplish the doctorate degree.
Handholding and mentoring businesses right from ideation stage allowed her to learn about design thinking methodology. She is a Certified Design Thinking Practitioner. Her inclination towards transforming concepts in to practical knowledge has always kept her involved with training and teaching .
She is also engaged with the Nationwide Community of women business professionals- Iron lady as Program Leader helping professionals with diversified career domains and experiences in their leadership journey.
She has also been engaged with many academic institutions as a visiting Faculty for MBA program. During her tenure with EDII she got many opportunities to deliver lectures and training programs to students and professionals from India and abroad in different capacities.
While working with NASSCOM Center of Excellence, she has helped deeptech startups to grow in their journey under the accelerator program. The CoE aims to help manufacturing enterprises in India to accelerate their digital transformation. As a part of the core team of the CoE, she drove initiatives for co-creation and co-innovation. She was deeply involved in strengthening the Indurstry 4.0 research segment for the center. She organized research conferences with an objective to provide a platform where researchers and practitioners could come forward to discuss problems and solutions at the same platform.
Since the beginning of her career, she has worked across multiple-industry functions, ranging from technical roles of research analyst, business management roles of business development & marketing, project management and client servicing.
She has worked with Government of India, a multi-national company, technology Start-ups and a leading industry association (NASSCOM) in different roles.
