An expert in handling mid-size business operations with over two decades of experience in channel management, banking, consulting and startup ecosystem, I am making use of conventional strategies with a blend of new age Technology and Data Science.
I am currently advising a few ventures on consolidation of their business through M&A route as an Investment Banker and arranging funds for the growth of few SME and Technology start-ups.
I am actively mentoring a few budding entrepreneurs in India, Australia and USA. I am also associated with Startup India and Faster Capital, UAE based Virtual Incubator (fastercapital.com/mentor/rajeev-manjrekar.html) as a Mentor.
I have earlier worked with Adecco S.A. as a Zonal Business Head and Strategic Account Director, I was responsible for P&L of staffing business of its Large Corporate Vertical in India. Prior to that I have worked in Banking for almost 11 years. As a Client Banker with ICICI Bank, I played a strategic role in providing commercial banking solutions to its CXO level Corporate Clients. I have also headed the regional teams of ICICI Bank’s SME and Mortgage Finance business.
