DevOps engineering is still reactive and iterative. Every company gets started with few EC2 servers and goes on an iterative journey of setting up infrastructure.

The sole focus of the company become DevOps in events like downtimes and security incidents. Software engineering has come a long way but DevOps is still remains a siloed function in most organisation.

I am a DevOps engineer who has seen all these things and I personally struggled due to age old practices which are still prevalent in the industry. I am now on a mission to transform DevOps as it looks today and currently building Humalect.

If you are a CTO/DevOps Engineer/EM who has thoughts along these lines or in the process of setting up DevOps at your organisation, let's connect. DMs open!

The eChai Effect - In Their Words

"After moving back from the USA, eChai became my go-to space to learn how the Indian startup ecosystem works. It offered direct exposure to startup thinking and a community that openly shares business insights. What stood out was how easy it was to connect, learn, and grow through real conversations. As we built our IT hardware rentals business, eChai helped us find our niche and refine our path. Proud and grateful to be part of this amazing community."

"eChai is playing biggest role in my personal and professional life together. Its a community where i meet like minded people to share idea and learn from their idea. Even while playing cricket i learn something and i implement something new from that learning. Its my entry point for building network in different countries where my base is not established yet. Personally my only fun activity day in a week is eChai cricket and social."

“eChai has been that turning point in my journey. It gave me a platform when I wasn’t looking for visibility but needed direction. Over the years, it became more than just a network. It became my tribe; a place where conversations sparked collaborations, and strangers became trusted sounding boards. What I value most is how effortlessly eChai brings people together - no airs, no filters, just genuine people with shared dreams. I owe a lot to this community and to Jatin, whose consistency and belief in people have shaped journeys like mine. Forever grateful to be part of something so real.”
