Shruti comes with a rich experience of 16+ years majorly being in the ecommerce domain with start-ups and established corporate alike.
In her last assignment she worked as a Director of Partnership and Strategy with Shopmatic. Prior to Shopmatic she has been associated with Unicommerce, eBay, KartRocket, and GreenHonchos. Her ecommerce journey started with Martjack (acquired by Capillary) in 2009.
Her specialties include Ecommerce Technology, Business Consulting, Eco-system Management, Catalog Management, Online Marketing, Fulfillment & Logistics, Customer Service, Marketplace Management, Omnichannel Solutions, Cross Border, etc.
During lockdown, she has created a community of digital first brands known as 'D2C Insider' with the help of other professionals to grow their business. The community holds more than 2000+ members now and are helping each to boost their businesses. She is also a part of an NGO which works around Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
