Over thirteen years of experience in Operations Management and Technical Function in the Food and Beverage Industry, focusing on specialty ingredients processor/manufacturer. Her core skills include Product and Process Development, Quality and Food Safety Management systems, OEM/ODM Project Management, and Supply Chain Compliance. 

Her corporate experiences include as a Project Manager for a brand new local Mineral Water Bottle Factory Development and 7 years as Head Corporate of Quality and Food Safety Department &a Management Representative for Big Tree Farms, an FCC that focuses on manufacturing and exporting organic certified coconut sap and cacao base produce. Among her key roles are to set up the company quality and food safety standard and strategy to achieve the company’s objectives which covered thousands of organic farmers, 3 Business Units, and a Plantation across Indonesia. 

Her consulting project includes : 

● R&D and Scientific regulatory affair for US Patent Application 
● Various Product/Process Development and Project Management for Local Specialty Ingredients/ Artisanal Product with Local Brand: spiced coffee, tea, cold-pressed juice, RTD coffee, honey 

● OEM and ODM management
