A small, curated group of around 15 to 20 founders, a set of founder friends from the eChai community, most of them building with AI or using it heavily in their work. We get together over chai and food, and each founder shares who they are, what they are building, and how they are using AI in their work. From there it opens up. We get into the tools people are actually using day to day, the use cases across coding, content, sales, ops, support and product, the experiments founders are running, and the questions everyone is still working through. It stays informal throughout, people pull up quick demos on their phone or laptop, and after the main conversation it moves into an open house over food and drinks.
