I started my career in electrical engineering and have spent the last several years working as an electrical contractor and in industrial automation. Working hands-on with projects, customers and problem-solving taught me to build things practically rather than just theoretically.
Over time, I became interested in entrepreneurship and started exploring how everyday problems could be turned into useful products. That led me to food innovation and, after months of experimentation, to building a real-vegetable crunchy chips product.
Today, I’m focused on developing the product, validating the right process, finding the right manufacturing ecosystem, and building a scalable food brand. I care about solving real problems, learning through experimentation, and building something that can create genuine value for consumers while supporting the larger food ecosystem.
