Building <div>Erki started to work in IT at the age of 16. Over the years, he went from being the “IT guy” to CEO of the company after a management buy-out of a Customer Service Technology Center now the biggest of its kind across the Baltics countries with close to 300 employees. <br><br>Erki is also semi-professional race car driver (3rd place in 2013 and 2014 at the ADAC Nürburgring 24h race) and an avid kitesurfer. <br><br>He is the founder and board member of two NGOs (Estonian Cryptocurrency Association) as well as an avid angel investor (Adact, Mentornaut, Sharewell, Siena, VSight). <br><br>Currently building "Socialise to Earn" web3 based social network.<br><br>He has two lovely daughters.</div>
