I’m an AI Architect, Co-Founder, and IIT Guwahati alumnus (Engineering Physics) focused on bridging the gap between complex AI architecture and ground-level operational utility. My core thesis is simple: enterprise AI fails when built on fragile prompt wrappers, and succeeds when engineered around deterministic multi-agent orchestration, state control, and sovereign execution.

Right now, my execution is split across two B2B engines and an ecosystem training initiative:

1. SyncAI Technologies (syncai.company — Co-Founder & CTO): We architect production-grade multi-agent workflows and private RAG pipelines for enterprises. Instead of relying purely on unpredictable cloud APIs, we focus on deep agentic experiments where local orchestration, tool-use governance, and hybrid local/cloud model routing give companies strict control over reliability, latency, and data sovereignty.
2. Hire1Percent (hire1percent.com — Co-Founder & CTO): We built an automated B2B SaaS technical screening and assessment pipeline. Engineering teams waste hundreds of hours interviewing candidates who look great on paper but can't ship code. Hire1Percent automates deep, proctored technical evaluations so CTOs only spend time interviewing the top 1% of builders.
3. Agentic AI Training & Ecosystem (manifreebird.com): As an instructional architect, I run intensive, code-first Agentic AI workshops and faculty development programs across premier engineering institutions in India—training thousands of developers to build real-world RAG systems and autonomous agentic workflows from first principles.

Outside of shipping code, I co-produce the ESTD Podcast (estd.io) exploring technology, economics, and social systems, and run the r/indianjobmarkets community.
