Mohd Ghouseuddin Shafi

I am Mohd Ghouseduddin Shafi, Founder and CEO of Gharsuvidha Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an emerging company focused on simplifying property services, construction, and home improvement through a customer-centric, technology-driven approach.

I hold an M.Tech in Structural Engineering from Ashoka College of Engineering and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Malla Reddy College of Engineering. I have over 8 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and operations. My professional experience includes working as a vendor with NoBroker Interiors, managing customer relationships, coordinating vendors, understanding customer requirements, and delivering practical and affordable solutions.

Through Gharsuvidha, I am building an integrated platform that brings multiple property and home-related services under one roof. Our services include construction, home interiors, renovation, modular kitchens and wardrobes, repairs and maintenance, commercial interiors, property management, property buying, selling, renting and leasing, as well as PG and shared accommodation services.

My vision is to make finding reliable property and home services easier, more transparent, and more affordable for customers while creating growth opportunities for contractors, vendors, service professionals, and property owners.

I am focused on scaling Gharsuvidha by strengthening our operations, building a capable team, developing and launching our mobile application, expanding our service network, and creating a sustainable revenue model. I am also seeking strategic investors and incubator partnerships to accelerate our growth and establish Gharsuvidha as a trusted, integrated property and building solutions brand.
