Rani Paruchuri is the Co-founder and CEO of Dream Tekis Software Pvt. Ltd, started in 2006 with specialization in Core Insurance Enterprise Software Products. She is a passionate technologist with more than two decades of experience in IT industry and also the Chief Technical Architect of all the Insurance products developed in Dream Tekis. She is a motivational speaker and a role model for many and a supporter of women in technology. 

She is winner of Indywood Excellence in Entrepreneurship Award 2018

Dream Tekis Software is a reputed brand in Core Insurance software systems in Africa & Asia. Their Core Life, General & Reinsurance software systems are implemented in more than 14 countries in Asia & Africa.  Their key clientele includes the top Reinsurance Company from Africa, African Reinsurance Corporation.

Graduated in Computer Science in 1992 from Loyola Academy, Hyderabad. She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, USA and Sun Certified Java Professional with score of 95% in 1998 also she holds a Licentiate in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India.
