Robert James

I am an entrepreneur building businesses from India for global markets.

My journey started in the corporate world, including my time at Accelere & Analytix, where I learned how businesses operate from the inside.

After leaving the corporate world, I started building.

My first experiments — ProVA Solutions and Global Inclusion Partners — were iterations that eventually evolved into X-HRverse.

X-HRverse became my first operating company and today serves as my stable business and the foundation that has taught me how to build, sell, hire, operate and grow a company.

But entrepreneurship for me isn't just about running a business.

It's about finding a problem that I deeply care about and building something much bigger around it.

That is what led me to GoMedVoyage.

GoMedVoyage is the startup I'm now building with long-term conviction.

India has some of the world's strongest hospitals, doctors and increasingly sophisticated medical capabilities. Yet for an international patient, navigating hospitals, treatment options, travel, visas, accommodation and the overall healthcare journey remains fragmented and difficult.

I believe there is an opportunity to build a trusted global platform around that journey.

That's the problem I'm working on.

X-HRverse gives me the operating foundation.

GoMedVoyage gives me the mission I'm passionate about.

I'm particularly interested in:

→ Entrepreneurship
→ Healthcare & medical tourism
→ Building from India for global markets
→ Cross-border businesses
→ Technology & marketplaces
→ Talent & operations
→ Building companies from zero

I'm early in the GoMedVoyage journey, but I'm building it with a long-term ambition: to make India a much more accessible and trusted destination for patients seeking world-class medical care.

If you're building, investing in, or working at the intersection of healthcare, technology, travel and emerging markets, I'd love to connect.
