I’m Sandeep Reddy, an entrepreneur, technology professional and UK-based business builder with a background spanning computer science, education, healthcare operations and international employment.
I graduated with a Master’s in Computer Science from Wrexham University in the UK in 2023. My journey in the UK began as an international student, giving me first-hand experience of the challenges students and skilled professionals face when moving abroad, finding the right opportunities and building a career in a new country.
Alongside my professional career in the UK, I founded YourFlexy Abroad Overseas, an education consultancy focused on helping students from India pursue higher education in the UK. Through this work, I have been involved in student counselling, university selection, applications, finance and loan guidance, admissions, and supporting students throughout their UK education journey.
I have also built professional experience in the UK dental sector, working as a practice manager in an NHS dental environment. This has given me practical experience in healthcare operations, team management, business processes and day-to-day business administration.
My current focus is moving beyond traditional consultancy and building technology-driven businesses. One of my key ideas is an AI-powered employment platform connecting people in India and the UK with opportunities — part-time jobs in India, and internships and full-time employment in the UK. The vision is to use AI to discover opportunities, match candidates based on their skills and requirements, and eventually automate much of the job-application process.
I’m also interested in applying AI and computer science to healthcare, particularly exploring innovative solutions that can make dental services faster, more efficient and more accessible.
