I am a management consultant-turned-entrepreneur. After a corporate career spanning 17 years, I decided to pursue my passion for diversity by co-founding ‘The star in me’, with a vision to bridge the gender gap in the workforce and in leadership.
‘The star in me’ is an exclusive career advancement platform for women professionals and a diversity partner for organizations.
From incubating consulting practices to spearheading transformation programs with C-suite leaders across 5 continents, and my recent foray into entrepreneurship, I have diverse experience. Serving on the Board of Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode - my alma mater, has added another valuable dimension to my profile.
I am a voracious reader, speaker and I often blog about professional life at https://thestarinme.com.
