Ability to provide insightful financial analysis and business actions by understanding cost benefit analysis, business case models and reporting. It also includes forecasting, planning, analysis, hierarchy management, restatements, cost allocations, reporting, benchmarking, and developing financial models.
Responsible for end-to-end P&L, process efficiencies by building better controls and compliance.
Good executive maturity, financial analysis and business skills, management excellence, and strong communication capabilities.
Good at business partnering with leadership team across different time zones, leading initiatives to support new business models & revenue growth levers, driving cost efficacy, improving GM, EBITDA % etc and being an integral part of decision making process.
Ability to influence and impact stakeholders and maintain strong cross group collaboration.
Excellent at treasury management - preparation of project reports/feasibility reports, project finance, arranging consortium lending from banks & financial institutions and multiple banking arrangements, day-to-day operations of bank, CMA Data, cash credit/overdraft limits and renewal of limits, drawing power etc
Good at people management applying inclusive leadership techniques.
Ability to lead the team and drive change.
